About the Instructor:
Jerry Hanley has nearly 40 years of diverse experience in process flow design, organizational development, Six Sigma and Lean applications, data analysis, and strategic planning. Jerry worked for Eastman Kodak Company for 33 years, holding a wide range of positions affording him experience in nearly every aspect of the business. Much of his time was spent designing manufacturing systems and processes using Lean and Six Sigma principles, and developing feedback metrics. As an Operations Manager, Jerry was responsible for implementing a total Lean initiative for a $50 million business.
