Description:
The SME/AME/ASQ/Shingo Prize Lean Certification assesses the Lean knowledge, skills & abilities of Lean practitioners, ensuring your employees can execute the continuous improvement efforts of your company. The bronze, silver, and gold levels of the Lean Certification designate tactical, integrative, and strategic competencies.
The Bronze Level Lean Certification is acquired by passing a 170-question, 3-hour examination based on recommended readings, and constructing and submitting a portfolio of your experience. CAMT is proctoring the Exam on October 15, and can help you effectively prepare for it.
To pass the exam, you must be able to demonstrate your understanding of the Lean Certification Body of Knowledge. CAMT will offer a Review providing an overview of the salient information of the core reference materials upon which the exam is based. Review courses are not meant to be training, but a way to understand the exam, organize your reference material and refresh your memory.
Please note: The Exam on October 15th costs $690 payable to SME. A 35% discount is offered to SME/AME/ASQ/Shingo Prize members. This fee also covers the Portfolio Review of the Certification. The exam is conducted online. You will need to bring a laptop on which to take the exam. Please visit the SME website for more program, registration and payment information.
