QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN with CMM EXPERIENCE

COMPANY IS READY TO HIRE THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR THE POSITION!
You will be responsible for inspecting machined parts and assemblies at various assembly stages, or at various machining operations to ensure conformance to specifications.
Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, working knowledge of GD&T, experience using CMM.

Ability to perform measurements using instruments such as: optical comparators, micrometers, calipers, electronic height gages, indicators, thread gages, etc. Ability to perform surface plate inspections. Knowledge of calibration of gages & other equip. Ability to inspect for conformance to surface and plating specifications. Preparation of first article reports and discrepancy reports. Understanding of the manufacturing process, flow of product and purpose of delivering quality products to customers.
