Action Industries manufactures precision aluminum, plastic and ferrous metal parts primarily for the semiconductor and aerospace markets. Founded in 1981 by W.T. Bathurst Sr. in Denver, this family-operated small business is now led by his son, Bill Bathurst.

DeBourgh Manufacturing is a family-owned and operated business started in 1909. Throughout the last century, DeBourgh fabricated a variety of metal products from pedestrian bridges to construction equipment to lockers, in Bloomingdale Minnesota.

Northwest Pipe’s Denver manufacturing facility produces large diameter steel water pipes for high pressure applications. The Denver division has been operating under the Northwest Pipe umbrella since 1995, but has a long history in Denver dating to the late 1880’s. Today, the division employs 100 workers.

Founded in 1929 to supply the Fort Collins construction industry, the company began to add services and product lines over the last thirty years to expand into new markets in the region. They now employ over 60 workers at their two Fort Collins locations.

The Windsor, Colorado division of Universal Forest Products was established 24 years ago to provide wood and lumber products for "do-it-yourself" retail centers, manufactured housing, industrial, and site- built construction industries in Colorado. With the assistance of CAMT, UFP has become a true continuous improvement facility with all 130 employees working towards eliminating non-value added activities in their work.
